Refund Policy

We do not automatically charge customers credit cards for recurring payments. Our service is from month to month and if a customer wishes to renew their service they will renew for 30 days at a time.

Discounts, rebates, or other special offers only valid for the initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates. XPlay HD may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

The right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

XPlay HD may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that XPlay HD provides notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription.

If a customer is unsatisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days from their initial purchase we will issue a refund to the buyer the purchase price upon notice from the buyer. The buyer may email us at info@xplayhd.com requesting a refund. We will not issue a refund to a buyer if they choose to renew their service after thirty (30) days. They may request that their service be terminated and at the expiration date of their service we will delete their account.
